摘要
[目的]探索散烟密集烤房的关键技术。[方法]采用4因素2水平的正交试验,研究烘烤环境对散烟密集烤房初烤叶等级质量的影响。[结果]烘烤环境对散烟密集烤房杂色烟比例的影响主要在烘烤的中前期,降低变黄期的湿球温度,适当扩大变黄期与定色期的湿球温度差,可以减少初烤叶的杂色烟比例。变黄期与定色期的湿球温度差对烟叶颜色转变的影响最大,适当扩大两者的差值有利于烟叶颜色向桔色方向发展。[结论]变黄期湿球温度35.6-36.2℃、定色期湿球温度37.0-38.0℃、干叶温度51.9-53.8℃且干筋期湿球温度37.9-39.8℃时,初烤叶的杂色烟比例小,桔色烟比例大。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the key technology in loose tobacco bulk curing barn.[Method] In the orthogonal test with 4 factors and 2 levels,the effects of curing environment on the quality grade of junior flue-cured tobacco leaves in loose tobacco curing barn were studied.[Result] The effects of curing environment on the proportion of variegated tobacco in loose tobacco bulk curing barn were mainly concentrated in early and middle curing stages,which lowered the wet-bulb temperature in yellowing stage and properly enlarged the temperature difference between yellowing stage and color-fixing stage,so which could reduce the proportion of variegated tobacco in junior flue-cured tobacco leaves.The wet bulb temperature difference between yellowing stage and color-fixing stage had the most effects on the color transformation of tobacco leaves.And properly enlarging the difference value between the two was favorable for turning the color of tobacco leaves into orange.[Conclusion] Under the conditions that the wet bulb temperature in yellowing stage was 35.6~36.2 ℃,the wet bulb temperature in color-fixing stage was 37.0~38.0 ℃,the dry bulb temperature of tobacco leaves was 51.9~53.8 ℃ and the wet bulb temperature in stem-drying stage was 37.9~39.8 ℃,the proportion of variegated tobacco in junior flue-cured tobacco leaves was less and the proportion of orange tobacco leaves was larger.
