摘要
通过水培试验研究Cu,Cd对小麦幼苗生长代谢及植物过氧化氢酶和淀粉酶活性的影响.结果表明,培养10 d的小麦幼苗对Cu,Cd的富集量是随着重金属胁迫浓度的增大而增大,重金属胁迫浓度较低时,对小麦幼苗的株高和生物量影响不大,随着浓度增加,小麦幼苗生长明显受抑制;同时小麦幼苗中的过氧化氢酶活性随重金属胁迫浓度增加而上升,淀粉酶活性则先上升后降低.
Through the study the effect of cadmium and copper on metabolize and activities of catalase and amylase of wheat, the result shows that 10 days later with the increasing of Cd and Cu ,the concentration of heavy-metals in wheat are increasing, and the plant height and leaf decreases. With the increasing of Cd and Cu , the activities of catalase increase,but the activities of amylase increase at first, and then decrease.
