摘要
妇幼保健院的特殊性,决定了其经营管理的重要性。只有认真分析这些特征,才能准确把握妇幼保健院的运行规律,提高其经营管理水平。本文对保定市妇幼保健院的经营管理现状进行分析研究,发现问题,对妇幼保健院经营发展提出对策建议。
The features of the maternity and childcare center determine their the management importance.Only by carefully studying these features can we grasp the operating pattern and improve the management level.This paper analyzes the operating about maternity and childcare center of Baoding,finding some problems,and gives some suggestions on how improve its management.
