摘要
民族传统体育现代化是我国民族传统体育发展的目标。通过对民族传统体育文化内涵及其现代化价值的剖析,揭示民族传统体育发展所面临的问题,认为我国民族传统体育的现代化必须立足于民族传统体育文化内涵,在保持民族传统体育的民族性、大众性的基础上提高其竞技性、规范性。
The modernization of the traditional Chinese sports is the aim of the development of the traditional Chinese sports. By analysis of its cultural connotation and its modern value and on the basis of the major problems on the way of developing traditional sports, it was pointed out that the modernization of the traditional Chinese sports had to base itself on its cultural connotation, improve its athletic characteristics and standardization based on its national characteristics and popularity.
