血液透析滤过对抢救重度糖尿病酮症酸中毒的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血液透析滤过(HDF)对抢救重度糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)的作用。方法选择近五年来采用HDF配合药物等抢救治疗的30例重度DKA患者(治疗组),并与传统治疗方法(对照组)的结果进行比较。结果应用HDF配合药物等抢救的重度DKA患者的血糖、HCO3^-达标及尿酮体转阴性、意识障碍恢复等时间均较对照组明显缩短(P〈0.05),同时其相应胰岛素用量也明显减少(P〈0.05)。结论HDF配合药物等抢救重度DKA患者获得显著效果,值得推广应用。
