基质金属蛋白酶-9和唾液酸化Lewis X在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和唾液酸化Lewisx(sLeX)抗原在乳腺癌组织中表达状况及其与肿瘤转移及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学MW-LSAB法检测120例乳腺癌、71例转移淋巴结和30例远离癌组织的正常乳腺组织上皮细胞MMP-9和sLeX表达状况。结果MMP-9和sLeX在正常乳腺上皮细胞中阳性率分别为33.3%(10/30)和20.0%(6/30),在乳腺癌组织中阳性率分别为75.8%(91/120)和86.7%(104/120),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中,sLeX阳性率高于无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织(P〈0.05),而MMP-9阳性率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论MMP-9高表达有利于肿瘤浸润,sLeX高表达有利于肿瘤转移。联合检测MMP-9和sLeX,对预测乳腺癌侵袭、转移及评估患者预后具有重要实用价值。
