摘要
研究了鹰嘴豆在4种不同的灌溉水平下,农艺性状、干物质积累、产量及其构成因素和品质等的变化规律。结果表明:随着灌水量的增加,株高、分枝数、单株干物质积累量、单株有效荚果数及其构成因素呈先增大后减少的趋势,各因素都达到极显著水平。随着灌水次数的增加,鹰嘴豆籽粒中蛋白质、棕榈酸、油酸含量呈减少趋势,亚油酸含量呈现逐渐增加的趋势,各处理间差异达到极显著水平。VB1、VB2均呈现先增后减的趋势。以初花期和盛花期各灌水一次处理的综合表现最佳,产量达6007.56 kg/hm2,品质也较好。
This study was conducted under 4 different irrigation system volume such as agronomic character, dry matter accumulation, yield and its parameters and quality etc. Research showed that with the increase of irrigation water amount , plant height , branch number, dry matter accumulation per plant, the valid pods number per plant and its parameters were decreased after increasing , and the difference between each treatment came up to an significant level. With the increase of irrigation water amount, chickpea seed's protein content, palmitic acid content and oil sour content were decreased. All of them have an negative relation to the amount of irrigation water, and the second oleic acid present gradually increasing trend. Vitamin B1, B2 content was decreased after increasing. The comprehensive performance of the treatment of irrigation water at early flower time and prosperous flower time were the best.
