爆炸喷射沉积复合材料组织特征研究

Microstructural Characteristics of Metal Matrix Composites Deposited by Gaseous detonation Process

摘要 通过对爆炸喷射沉积的SiCp/2024复合材料组织结构的研究,发现了两类非晶物质,一类为金属型,一类为氧化物型。分析表明,非晶的产生与爆喷过程能量沉积以及粉末合成过程内能增殖产生的大量过剩Gibbs自由能密切相关,金属型非晶约519℃开始晶化(温度范围为437~569℃),氧化物型非晶则直到897℃仍然保持稳定,有非常好的热稳定性。沉积层内还存在机械合金化遗传组织。TEM分析表明,在界面区没有形成反应产物。 Two kinds of amorphous phases were found in the deposited layer of SiCp/2024 composites by gaseous detonation process.They were identified as metal typed and oxide typed ones,respectively by EDAX and EPMA analyses.It is suggested that the form of amorphous phases is closely related to the deposition energy in the process and a lot of Gibbs's surplus free energy generated in the mechanical alloying process by which MMCs powders have been prepared.The metal typed amorphous phase began to crystallize at about 519℃ (at the range of 437~569℃),but the oxide typed one kept stable until 897℃,showing excellent thermostability.It was also found that some structures formed by mechanical alloying could remain and be observed in the deposited layer.TEM analyses showed that there was no reaction taking place on the SiCp/Al interface.
