摘要
微量元素直接或间接地参与了血压的调控,在高血压病的发生发展中起到了一定作用.本文阐述了几种必需微量元素与高血压之间的关系,以及有改善高血压作用的食物、中药中微量元素的含量.
Trace elements involve in regulation of blood pressure directly and indirectly, and play a certain role in development and incidence of Hypertesion. The relations between some essential elements and Hypertesion, and trace elements in some foods and Chinese medicine which can reduce Hypertesion are illustrated in the paper.
