摘要
幸福感研究启示我们,在学校心理咨询的模式上,要以发展性模式为主,整合多种模式;对学生心理状况的评估要多借助于积极性量表,大力开发本土量表;咨询中的价值干预要合理而有度;在咨询形式上要将团体心理咨询和个别心理咨询有机地结合起来。
The sense-of-well-being research helps us understand that school psychological consultation should take the developmental mode as the core mode in combination with other modes, apply positive scales more to assessing students' mental health, make great efforts to develop native scales, adopt a reasonable and measured attitude towards value intervention, and closely combine group consultation with individual consultation.
