摘要
提出了一种基于多输出电流控制传送器(CCCII±)的n阶低通滤波器设计方法。所设计的n阶低通滤波器由n个CCCII±、n个电容和电流加权网络组成,该电流加权网络对各个CCCII±单元的输出电流进行组合,得到所需的系统输出电流。只需通过对各电容和加权系数的适当调整和组合可得所需输出电流,实现了各种低通电流滤波器。这种设计方法简单,易于集成,有很大的实际意义。经过对3阶Butterworth、Chebyshev、椭圆低通滤波器的设计,结果与理论计算值吻合,验证了该种方法的正确性。
A design method of current-mode nth-order low-pass filter using the second generation multiple outputs current controlled conveyer (CCCII±) is presented. The nth-order filter consists of n CCCII±, n capacitors and a current weight adaptable network. The current weight adaptable network assembles the output currents of each CCCII± as the output current of the network which is the desired system output. The desired different kinds of current-mode nth-order low-pass filters can be realized, only by adapting weighting coefficients of the current weight network and the value of bias currents in CCCII± or capacitors. The method is convenient to integrate. The results of actual 3rd-order Butterworth filter, Chebyshev filter, eclipse filters deduced using this method is conducted. The result shows the advantages and availabilities of this method.
