摘要
眼针疗法是彭静山教授首创的一种微针疗法。分为观眼识证和眼针疗法两部分。依据《证治准绳》所载"目形类丸,瞳神居中而前,如日月之丽东南而晚西北也。内有大络六,谓心、肺、脾、肝、肾,命门各主其一;中络八,谓胆、胃,大小肠,三焦、膀胱各主其一;外有旁支细络莫知其数,皆悬贯于脑,下连脏腑,通畅血气往来以滋于目。故凡病发,则有形色丝络显现,而可验内之何脏腑受病也…"结合《内经》关于眼与脑、脏腑、经络的联系的论述,及八廓八卦确立了眼周八区十三穴。观察白睛脉络颜色、形态变化以诊断疾病,根据变化及辨证在眼眶周围针刺以防病治病。提出"眼络于脑,通调脏腑"假说。
The therapy of the eye needle is one micro needle therapy which was invented by Professor Peng Jingshan. Pro. peng divided the therapy into two parts. He called them the view eye knowledge card and the eye needle therapy. According toZhengZhiZhunSheng ,which said that " An eye shape is like the pill, the pupil is in the middle but in front of the eye. It is just like the sun and the moon, which take turn day and night. There are six big meridians and collaterals, separately is called the heart, the lung, the spleen, the liver, the kidney, ming men ; There are eight middle meridians and collaterals, separately is called the gallbladder, the stomach, big and small intestine, three -jiao, urinary bladder. There are many little meridians and collaterals on the side, they are connected with the brain and inside they are cormeeted with the internal organs. The matter from the qi and blood give nutrition to the eye . So, during the disease time of the human body, the shape and the color of the eye meridians and collaterals will change . Then, we can examine the internal organs through these changes. "According NeiJing ,talking about the relation between the eye and the brain, the internal organs, the channels and collaterals ,we have established the eye acupuncture region -dividing acupoint and divided the eye into thirteen parts. .To observe the white eyeball vein color, the shape change diagnoses the disease, according to changes and dialectical the acupuncture prevents disease around the eye socket treats an illness. Proposed that "there are meridians and collaterals from the eye to the brain, and they maybe adjust the internal organs" .
