摘要
目的:研究"十八反"药对之一的海藻甘草在复方中以不同比例配伍对桥本氏甲状腺炎大鼠(EAT)肝、肾功能及组织形态的影响。方法:建立EAT模型,将实验动物分成正常组、模型组、组方中海藻甘草1∶1配伍组、组方中海藻甘草2∶1配伍组、组方中海藻甘草1∶2配伍组、组方中缺味海藻组、组方中缺味甘草组。正常组和模型组去离子水喂养,配伍各组按1ml/100g体重灌胃给药,连续给药68天,期间观察实验动物进食、活动、毛色等情况,于停药后第2天处死动物,对体重、脏器系数、肝肾功能及组织形态进行检测。结果:各配伍组对实验大鼠进食、活动、毛色、体重、脏器系数、肝肾功能及组织形态无明显影响,但随着组方中海藻用量的增加、用药时间延长及组方中缺味甘草时对血清ALT指标有呈现上升趋势。组方中缺味甘草组能使血清ALP指标上升(P<0.05)。结论:相反药配伍后具有相反相成的作用,但具体使用时则应根据不同的个体,不同的病证,用药剂量,用药时间,不同配伍比例等综合加以分析,以减少毒副作用的发生。
Objective :To study the influence of Sargassum Glycyrrhizae, ( a pair of of Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments) of different proportion in compound prescription on the function of liver, renal and organization form in Hashimotos Thyroiditis Rats. Methods :First, establish the EAT model, and then divide experimental animals into normal group, model group, the group of compatibility of medicines in prescription with Sargassum and Radix Glycyrrhizae as 1 : 1,2 : 1 and 1 : 2, the group lack of Sargassum and the group lack of Radix Glycyrrhizae. Normal group and model group were feeded with deionized water, combination groups with Modified Haizao Yuhu Decoction consecutively for 68 days 1 mL/100g. During the experiment, general conditions of rats were observed, at the 2nd day after drug withdrawal the rats were sacrificed and the body weight, internal organs coefficient, liver and renal function and organization form were examined. Results : The rats" general conditions such as eating, body weight, internal organs coefficient, liver and renal function and organization form were not affected, but with the amount of Sargassum increasing in the prescriptions,time of treatment prolonged and compatibility of medicines in prescription lack of Radix Glycyrrhizae, serum ALT showed a rising trend. Another compatibility of medicines in prescription lack of Radix Glycyrrhizae, serum ALP index increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion .The drugs,being opposite,may be complementary to each other after compatibility,but should be analysised synthetically according to different individuals and different Syndrome, dose, treatment time, different combinations, in order to reduce the occurrence of side effects.
