摘要
以Fe2(SO4)3和Ti(SO4)2为原料,采用乙醇助水热法,在较低的温度下制备了Fe2O3-TiO2复合光催化剂,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis)对其进行了表征。用该催化剂在自制的三相光催化反应器中进行催化降解碱性嫩黄的试验,探讨了催化剂投加量、溶液pH值、溶液浓度对降解率的影响。结果表明:在浓度为25mg/L、pH=9的碱性嫩黄溶液中,投加0.8g/L的光催化剂,紫外光照120min后,降解率达90.7%。动力学分析表明:在试验浓度范围内,碱性嫩黄的光催化降解反应符合一级动力学方程。
Using Fe2(SO4)3 and Ti(SO4)2 as raw materials, Nano- Fe2O3-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by an ethyl-assisted hydrothermal method at low temperature to, degrade auramine in the three-phase photocatalytic reactor. It was characterized by XRD and UV-vis. The effect ofphotocatalyst dosage, pH value of initial solution, initial concentration ofauramine on degradation ofauramine was investigated. The results showed that degradation ratio was up to 90.7% when pH value of initial solution was 9, initial concentration of auramine was 25mg/L, the amount of photocatalyst was 0.8g/L, illumination time was 120min. The photochemical reaction could be expressed as first order kinetics when initial concentration of auramine ranging from 15 mg/L to 75 mg/L.
