摘要
在分析轮系图论模型的基础上,总结了图论模型应满足的基本条件,提出了更完善的图论模型,进而建立了行星单元体和拓扑单元回路的概念。基于图论模型,推导出了新的计算周转轮系自由度的公式,通过拓扑单元回路法提出了计算周转轮系传动比的新方法。该方法适用于计算机自动求解。算例结果表明,该方法正确、简单且高效。
Based on the analysis of graph theory model, this paper summarizes the basic conditions of satisfying the graph theory model, suggests the more perfect graph theory model and establishes the concept of module entity and topologic unit loop circuit. Based on the graph theory model, the formula of freedom to calculate the new circle epicyclic gear trains is deduced. Also, via the method of topologic unit loop circuit,the method to calculate the transmission ratio of epicyclic gear train is suggested. Accordingly, this method is adaptable to the automatic solution by the computer. The results from the calculation examples indicate that this method is correct, simple and hiqh efficient.
