摘要
目的:评价重建心阻抗图(RICG)测定左室射血分数(LVEF)的可靠性.方法:心血管疾病患者29(男17,女12)例,年龄(65.0±12.9)岁.采用仰卧位在1 h内分别用RICG与平衡法放射性核素心室显像(ERNA)测量LVEF,并对测量结果进行配对t检验和直线相关回归分析.结果:RICG测得的LVEF值(LVEFRICG)为(61.0±8.8)%;ERNA测得的LVEF值(LVEFERNA)为(58.4±15.5)%,两种方法配对t检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种方法的相关系数:r=0.81(P<0.001),回归方程Y=-28.6+1.42X(P<0.001).结论:RICG方法在该组人群中测得LVEF的结果是可靠的,但还应在多种心血管疾病中进行更大样本的研究以确定其准确性.
AIM: To evaluate the reliability of reconstructed impedance cardiogram (RICG) as a noninvasive method to determine left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). METHODS: A total of 29 patients with cardiovascular disease, 17 men and 12 women, aged 65.0±12.9 years, participated in the study. LVEF was measured simultaneously by means of RICG and equilibrium radionuclide angiocardiography (ERNA) in the supine position. Linear regression analysis was performed to describe the relation between LVEF calculated from RICG and ERNA as the reference method. Any possible differences between the mean values obtained with the two methods were analyzed by means of a paired Student's t-test. RESULTS: Mean LVEF measured with RICG ( LVEFRICG ) was (61.0±8.8 ) % and mean LVEF measured with ERNA (LVEF ERNA) was (58.4 ±15.5)%. No statistically significant difference was found between the two methods with the paired t-test (P 〉 0.05 ), and the correlation coefficient was 0.81 ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Regression line equation was Y = - 28.6 + 1.42X (P 〈 0. 001 ). CONCLUSION: The new technique provides reliable LVEF values in these patients. However we should carry out the study of larger sample size in more cardiovascular diseases to evaluate the accuracy of RICG.
