激光焊接机精密控制系统的新设计

摘要 文章介绍了波形控制功率负反馈YAG激光焊接机控制系统的主要功能、设计思路及软硬件系统的设计方法。该设计提高了焊接机的激光输出功率稳定度,扩大了激光焊接机的应用领域。 The new design method of the precision control system of laser welder is introduced. The main function, software and the hardware system of the pulse waveform changed and the laser power feedback about laser welder are respectively discussed. By the new design, the stability of the output power of laser welder is improved. The application field of the machine is extended.
