摘要 在护理学临床课程见习教学中尝试以学生为主体的教学形式,即由教师确定见习计划和学习目标及内容,学生自行组织成5~7人的学习小组。每次见习时学生可根据自己兴趣及病室实际情况选择病种和患者。每次见习结束,由学生口头汇报病例,教师实时总结点评,并在见习中期及结束时安排2次书面病历汇报,综合作为见习考核成绩。以学生为主体的见习形式较好地解决了临床见习时课堂学习进度与实际患者病种不相符合的矛盾,强调掌握护理程序和观察交流能力的提高,使学生不但学习到基本知识和技能,同时增加了与患者交流的机会,提高了自主学习的主动性。学生期末相关课程单科考核平均成绩为78分,达到学院本科教学质量目标对单科成绩的要求;学生反映自身交流能力有所提高。 Student-centered teaching approach is applied in nursing clinical practices. The practice plan, content, and objective were set by the teachers, and students were divided into groups of 5- 7 and they were allowed to choose the diseases and patients according to their own interests. The students were asked to make an oral presentation every time after practice; and the teachers make comments on their presentation. The students were asked to write two papers during the middle and at the end of the practice. Based on the above, the student will be given a comprehensive score. Student-centered clinical practice resolved the problem that the class study was not in consistent with the clinical conditions; it put more emphasis on the nursing procedure and communication skills. The students learned basic skills and had more chance to communicate with patients, thus improved their initiative of studying. The mean score of students was 78 for each class, which met the requirement of undergraduates. And the student showed improved communication skill.
