摘要
民族传统饮食文化是重要的旅游资源。湘西苗族、土家族、汉族等各族人民,充分利用山区独特的自然环境、气候条件,依靠自己的勤劳智慧以及与其他文化的交流、碰撞,创造了具有湘西地域特色的饮食文化。饮食文化旅游开发中应深层次挖掘饮食文化资源,开发特色饮食文化旅游,坚持开发与保护并重,才能更好地弘扬民族饮食文化,促进饮食业和旅游业的可持续发展。
The traditional food culture of Chinese nationalities is an important tourism resource. Xiangxi Miao, Tujia, Han nationality make full use of mountain unique natural environment, climatic conditions, relying on its own wisdom and hard - working and with other cultural exchanges, collision, created a Xiangxi geographical characteristics dietetic culture, dietetic cultural tourism development should be deep -level mining in the dietetic cultural resources, develop specialized dietetic of cultural tourism, insist on bothing development and protection, it can better carry forward the national food culture and promoting the catering industry and the sustainable development of tourism.
