摘要
目的研究1.5TMRI脑静脉畸形的影像表现及诊断价值。方法11例脑静脉畸形均有MRI常规平扫和增强检查。结果顶叶8例,岛叶3例。10例为1条引流静脉,1例为2条引流静脉。平行于扫描层面时,9例CVM呈长T1长T2信号,引流静脉走形僵直,两端均可见树根样髓静脉分布,表层显示髓静脉较深层数目多;垂直于扫描层面时异常血管呈"水母头"样改变;6例在相邻脑沟内可见增粗的静脉与脑实质内引流静脉相连;2例岛叶白质深部的引流静脉与周围树根样髓静脉呈"水母头"样表现。结论1.5MRI平扫和增强都是诊断脑静脉畸形的有效方法,增强优于平扫。
Objective To study MRI manifestations and its valuable for diagnosis in cerebral venous malformation.Methods The conventional and enhanced MRI were performed in 11 cases with CVM.Results CVM were located in parietal lobe(n=8),and insular lobe(n=3).In 10 cases showed draining vein for 1,and in 1 case showed draining veins for 2.In 9 cases parallel to the scanning stratification plane,CVM present hypointense on T1WI and hyperitense on T2WI,drainage vein shape unbending,which beginnings and ends have the medullary veins,likes the tree root,the number of superficial medullary veins were more than that of the deeper medullary veins,In 11 cases vertical to the scanning stratification plane,the unusual veins were found sign "caput meduse".In 6 cases,the drainage vein were interlinked to the thick vein in neighboring brain ditch;The lesions were located in insular lobe in 2 cases,numerous radiating deeper medullary veins gathered together into draining veins,assumes "caput meduse" appearance.Conclusions Both the conventional and enhanced MRI were effective diagnosis method for CVM,the later better than the former.
