摘要
本文将讨论炭黑与附加剂种类及含量、交联等因素对炭黑-聚乙烯复合物的导电特性的影响,分析其导电机理.借此制成一种电阻的温度系数为正、工作温度较高的半导电电缆料.
In this paper, we discussed the influence of the kind and content of carbon black and additives, as well as crosslinking on the conductivity behaviour in carbon black-polyethylene composites, and analyzed its conduction mechanism. Thereby a semiconductive material has been developed with positive temperature coefficient of resistivity and with higher operating temperature for cables.
