摘要
本试验研究壳聚糖在贵妃鸡日粮中的应用效果。选90日龄健康贵妃公鸡90只,随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂高营养水平日粮和高营养水平日粮中添加2g/kg壳聚糖的日粮,试验期28d。结果表明:贵妃鸡后期日粮中提高营养水平不影响其采食量,但日增重和饲料利用率显著提高(P<0.05),血液中甘油三酯和总胆固醇的含量显著增加、体脂沉积增加(P<0.05);高营养水平日粮中添加壳聚糖不影响其生长性能,但降低血清甘油三酯和总胆固醇的含量、降低腹脂率和皮下脂肪,从而改善其屠体品质。可见,壳聚糖对饲养后期贵妃鸡的生产性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但可显著降低其脂肪沉积(P<0.05),改善其胴体品质。
To study application of chitosan in Princess chickens diet, ninety 90-day-old male Princess chickens were randomly allocated into 3 groups with 5 replicates of 6 birds each.The control group was fed the basal diet,while the test groups were fed diets with high nutrient levels and diets with high nutrient levels supplemented with 2 g/kg chitosan respectively.The trial lasted for 28 &Results showed that increasing dietary nutrient level had no influence on feed intake, but enhanced the daily weight gain and the feed efficiency of Princess chickens in the later fattening period of 90 - 118 d (P 〈 0,05).Moreover, the blood triglycerides and total cholesterol concentrations were significantly increased (P 〈 0,05), Animal performance was not affected by supplemental chitosan in the high level of nutrient diet,However,the blood levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol,abdominal fat and subcutaneous fat were decreased ,thereby improving the carcass quality of Princess chickens.In conclusion,supplemental chitosan in the later fattening period diet of Princess chickens had no influence on their performance (P 〉 0,05),but the body fat of Princess chickens was significantly impaired (P 〈 0.05).Therefore,the carcass quality of Princess chickens was significantly improved.
