摘要
试验选用初始体重相近的2月龄健康湖羊60只,随机分为5组,每组12只羊,试验各组分别添加中草药0%(A组)、0.5%(B组)、1%(C组)、1.5%(D组)、2%(E组),旨在研究不同水平的中草药饲料添加剂对湖羊的饲喂效果。结果表明:D组和E组平均日增重分别比对照组提高16.23%和16.69%(P<0.05),经济效益提高58.96%和54.55%(P<0.01);湖羊血清中生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子含量随着添加中草药的量增加而呈升高趋势;D组T3、T4水平分别比对照组提高了74.73%和90.92%(P<0.01);血清尿素氮和血糖随添加中草药的量增加而下降,白蛋白和总蛋白随之而上升;本中草药的LD50>21.5g/kg,无毒副作用。
Sixty two-month-old sheep with the same body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups and every group had 12 sheep to investigate effects of different levels of Chinese herbal medicine supplementation on Hu sheep.Eevcry group wes supplemented with Chinese herbal medicine 0 % （A group）,0.5 % （B group）, 1% （C group）, 1.5 % （D group）, 2 % （E group）.The Chinese herbal medicine preparations could increase the production performance and econom- ic returns of Hu sheep significantly,The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of group D and group E increased 16.23 % and 16.69 % （P 〈 0.05）,and economic returns increased 58,96 % and 54.55 % （P 〈 0.01）.Serum growth hormone （GH） and insuline-like growth factor （IGF-I） presented a tendency ascending with the Chinese herbal medicine preparations added in feed.Furthermore,T3 and T4 in group D also increased 74.73 % and 90.92 % （P 〈 0.01 ）.With the Chinese herbal medicine preparations added in feed,blood urine nitrogen （BUN） and blood glucose （Glu） were decreased.Total protein （TP） and albumin （ALB） were raised.LD50 of the Chinese herbal medicine exceeded 21.5 g/kg body weight ,without any side effect observed.
