摘要
本文针对典型的以齿轮为输出件的齿轮四杆机构与齿轮五杆机构的不同特点,利用驱动齿轮的瞬心轨迹曲线作了深入的分析,找到了增大机构停留角的一些有效措施,在此基础上用最优化方法使齿轮四杆机构与齿轮五杆机构停留角分别达到136°与186°,实现了长停留期间歇输出运动,对拓宽齿轮连杆机构的应用作了有益的探讨.停留角的分析计算使用了经实验验证的GBMAP程序.
In this paper, according to the differences between the four-bar geared mechanism and five-bar geared mechanism a further study has been made for the two mechanisms, in which a gear is used as the output element, using the fixed controde of their driving gear. Some effective measures to increase their dwell angle have been found, and the dwell angles of 136° and 186° have been achieved for the two mechanisms respectively by using optimal design method. The results will help to extend the area of the application of the geared linkages. The program GBMAP, which has been confirmed through experiments, has been used in computing the dwell angle.
