腰背肌锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察腰背肌锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例接受传统疗法,观察组30例在接受传统治疗基础上,于入院第2d进行"飞燕点水式"腰背肌锻炼,两个疗程后观察两组患者腰痛的评分、腰椎活动度及臀部、下肢放射痛改善程度。结果腰痛评分观察组评分明显低于对照组;腰椎活动度及臀部、下肢放射痛的改善情况观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论"飞燕点水式"腰背肌锻炼能缓解腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰痛及臀部、下肢放射痛,有效改善腰椎的活动度。 Objective To explore the effect of waist back muscle practice on patients' pain suffered from prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the control group accepting traditional treatment method and 30 patients in the observation group accepting treatment of waist back muscle practice of "Swallow Flying To Touch Water" based on the traditional treatment two days after being in hospital. The patients' pains were observed in the assessment of waist pain, lumbar vertebra activity, and radiation pain in hips and feet after two courses of treatment observation. Results Pains in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the comparison group in assessment of waist pain. Significant differences were found between the two groups in lumbar vertebra activity, radiation pain in hips and feet in X-ray(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The waist back muscle practice can relive the waist pain, radiation pain in hips and feet to improve lumbar vertebra activity.
