黄芪对梗阻性黄疸幼鼠T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Astragalus on T Lymphocyte Immune Function in Immature Rats with Obstructive Jaundice

摘要 目的探讨黄芪对梗阻性黄疸幼鼠血液和肠黏膜T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法以3周龄Wistar幼鼠为载体,随机分为4组:正常对照组、假手术组、梗阻性黄疸(OJ)组、OJ+黄芪组(OJ+A),每组各12只。利用流式细胞仪检测实验幼鼠外周血及肠黏膜T淋巴细胞(CD4、CD8)的百分率,计算CIM,CD8比值。结果OJ组外周血和肠黏膜CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值明显低于正常对照组及假手术组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。OJ+A组外周血和肠黏膜CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值均较OJ组升高,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论黄芪能提高OJ幼鼠T淋巴细胞的免疫功能。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Astragalus on T lymphocyte immune function in peripheral blood and intestinal mucosa of immature rats with obsauctive jaundice. Methods Three-week-old Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups (n= 12, in each): control group, sham operation group, obstructive jaundice (OJ) group, OJ+ Astragalus (OJ+A) group. The percentage of CD4 and CD8 T lymphocytes, the ratio of CD4 to CD8 in peripheral blood and intestinal mucosa of immature rats was detected by flow cytometry. Result The percentage of CD4^&+ cell and the ratio of CD4 to CD8 in the OJ group were lower than those in the control group and the sham operation group, with significant difference ( P〈 0.05). The percentage of CD4 cell and the ratio of CD4 to CD8 in the OJ+A group were higher than those in the OJ group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Astragalus can increase T lymphocyte immune function in OJ immature rats.
