摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,城市生活垃圾对城市及周边的生态环境造成了沉重的压力,生活垃圾的有效处理显得极为重要,同时也是社会经济和环境保护协调发展的重要内容。通过对江苏省13个地级市垃圾处理场进行调查,概述了江苏省的生活垃圾的处理现状,阐述了垃圾填埋方式存在的问题,最后提出了实现江苏省城市生活垃圾处理可持续发展的建议措施,即尽量减少城市生活垃圾的产量、对城市生活垃圾进行无害化处理和将城市垃圾资源化。
With the rapid pace of urbanization, a great pressure has been imposed by the growing quantities of municipal solid waste on the cities and the surrounding environment. The treatment of municipal solid waste is important for the sustainable development of economy and environment and thus its treatment becomes necessary and urgent. In this paper, an analysis was conducted based on a survey on the garbage burying-grounds of the 13 cities in Jiangsu province. The current treatment status of municipal solid waste in Jiangsu province was summarized and landfill was the dominant way of treatment. The problems including landfill leachate and landfill gas in the process of landfill were elucidated. Finally, the countermeasures to achieve sustainable treatment, that is reduction, harmlessness and recovery, of municipal solid waste in Jiangsu province were proposed.
