腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠113例临床分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的可行性、安全性及治疗效果。方法:对我院2006年1月～2006年12月间应用腹腔镜治疗的113例异位妊娠患者的手术情况进行回顾性分析。结果:113例患者全部在腹腔镜下明确诊断并成功进行手术治疗,成功率为100.0%;手术时间25min～100min,平均48.9min;术后当天或第二天均肛门排气;术后住院3～5天,无1例发生严重并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠安全、可行。
