摘要 随着风力发电机发电功率由kW级向MW级方向发展,如何有效解决风力发电机的散热问题,已成为发展风力发电技术的关键之一。本文以某1.5 MW风力发电机为例,首先根据发电机正常工作的环境条件和技术要求,进行了风力发电机冷却系统设计,在此基础上,编制了Matlab计算软件,对冷却系统设计流程进行了优化,考察了风速、翅片组合等参数的相互影响和作用机理,对国产自主研发大功率风力发电机具有一定的参考价值。 With the increasing of the power from kW to MW for wind turbines, effective cooling measures are introduced for keeping the system operating within the allowable temperature. Taking a 1.5 MW wind turbine as an example, the cooling system is designed according to the working environment and the qualification. On this basis, the procedure of the design is optimized. The influence of wind velocity, fins matching on the cooling performance is also discussed.
