以平菇、猪肉为主要原料,结合高温杀菌火腿肠生产工艺,制成一种新型复合型火腿肠。通过正交试验进行优化。确定产品的最佳配方。
In the article, Eostreatus and pork are used as main materials to product a new sausage. Many ways of experiments are tried, for example orthogonal experiment, in order to determine the best formulation.
