摘要
研究高效液相色谱法检测牛乳中残留青霉素V钾。采用无水乙醇作沉淀剂,ZORBOX ODS C_(18)柱,洗脱液磷酸二氢钠(pH4.5)与甲醇混合液,流速1 mL/min,柱温40℃,紫外检测波长230 nm。青霉素V钾在(100~500)μg/L范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,线性相关系数0.990 9,平均回收率82.33%,相对标准偏差2.42%(n=5)。
This paper is mainly about the determination of penicillin V potassium residue in milk by high performance liquid chromatography. This study used ethanol absolute as a precipitator for depositing protein, chromatographic conditions are as following: ZORBOX ODS C18 column, eluant is gradient mixture of water solution of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and methanol, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, temperature of column: 40℃ and UV detection wavelength of 230 nm. There was a good line correlation between peak area and contents in the range of (100-500)μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.990 9, the average recovery was 82.33% ,with a relative stand deviation of 2.42%(n-5).
