摘要
采用浸没式中空纤维帘式膜(MFS)过滤工艺对山东某造纸厂的造纸白水进行处理,考察本工艺对造纸白水中固体悬浮物的处理效果和膜的污染情况.通过30天的运行,产水水质良好,产水浊度小于0.1 NTU,且系统运行稳定.用超滤水在0.06 MPa下反洗,取得理想的效果,说明该工艺可以运用在实际生产中,对造纸白水进行循环回用,实现零排放.
Submerged hollow- fiber membrane (MFS) filtration technology was used for treatment of whitewater frown a paper mill in Shandong. The removal efficiency of suspended solid and membrane fouling were studied. During the period operation of 30 days operation, turbidity of producing water was less than 0.1 NT.U, and the membrane flux is stable. The flux of the membrane can be recoveried with backwash by ultrafiltration permeate in the - 0.06 MPa. The process can be used in treatement and reuse of the whitewater from paper mill.
