结扎大鼠冠状动脉诱发心肌及背根神经节内降钙素基因相关肽变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 传统观点认为,心肌缺血、心肌梗死的预后主要取决于缺血、损伤、坏死以及修复的程度和持续时间、基础心功能状态、冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度以及心肌缺血原因,但神经源性机制在心肌缺血损伤中的作用国内外鲜有报道。本研究中采用免疫组化和逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR),分别从蛋白和基因水平观察结扎冠脉诱发降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在心肌(包括缺血区和非缺血区)及背根神经节(DRG)内的变化,探讨神经源性机制在局部心肌急性缺血诱发整体心肌损伤中的作用及机制。
