摘要
发动机试验台具有多变量、时变、非线性、强耦合等特点,将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来运用于发动机试验台测控系统中,确定了模糊控制规则,并建立了发动机-测功机传动系统动力学模型、发动机有效扭矩模型、测功机励磁电流模型,对发动机的转矩、转速进行了控制试验研究,结果表明控制精度高、动态响应快、超调量低,较好地解决了试验台控制的稳定性及测量的实时准确性问题,控制精度为4%。
Multiple parameters,time vary, nonlinear, strong couple and other characters in the engtne test bed Combining fuzzy with PID was used in the measuring and controlling System of the engine test bed and the rule of the fuzzy control is determined. Based on the dynamics model of the drive system between the engine and the test dynamometer, torque of the engine,excitation current of the dynamometer. The results indicated that the stability of the test-bed and the metrical problem of real time veracity are solved preferably, the precision of 4% at stable control.
