摘要
适应保护环境的要求,研究了镀锌层三价铬钝化技术,在国内外一些典型的三价铬钝化配方基础上,试验研究发现,要获得良好钝化膜选用适当的络合剂是关键,并研制出能获得高耐蚀性钝化膜的三价铬蓝白钝化剂及彩色钝化剂,该钝化剂使用寿命长,镀液成份稳定,并得到了应用厂家的验证。
According to the request of environment protection, trivalent chromium(Cr^3+) passivation technique for Zinc coating was studied based on several typical formulas of trivalent chromium(Cr^3+) passivation solution at home and abroad, The results showed that choosing a suitable complex compounds was the key for obtaining nicer passivation films. The trivalent chromium (Cr^3+)bright blue passivation solution and iridescent passivation solution with high corrosion resistance were developed. These passivation solution's service life was longer, components in the bath were stable, which had been proved by production practice in factory.
