摘要
当前,结构可靠度的概念和定义都是针对结构设计方案的,它代表该设计方案所描述的结构在其预定使用期内和预估的工作条件下能正常工作的概率.其研究目的是使设计方法更为合理.本文提出的结构动态可靠度的概念、定义和估算方法是针对已建成结构的,它是结构已服役时间t_1和希望继续正常工作期限T_1的函数.结构服役过程中的动态可靠度应根据结构工作的经历、当前的工作状态和预定继续服役期间T_1的灾害危险性分析来评估.其研究目的是规划最优维修方案以控制结构经常处于良好的工作状态.为此,本文还给出了结构维修工程决策(包括遇到灾害前的预防加固措施和灾后的修复或拆除)的初步理论,也就是结构建成后的跟踪决策技术的初步探讨.由于这个课题是十分复杂和丰富的,限于篇幅,本文只能给出与本课题有关的问题的基本概念和解决问题的途径,很多具体的计算方法将在今后陆续发表.
A new theory of decision for the maintenance and repair of structures is developed in this paper. The reliability of the structure is used as the decision variable to control the maintenance and repair work for the structure. For this purpose, the change of the reliability of a structure in its service life is researched and the methods to evaluate the structural reliabilities in various cases are presented. In the design of maintenance and repair works for a structure, the optimum reliability after repair can be found by presented methods with consideration of both the repair cost and the long—term benefits of the structure.
