摘要
本文研究了超滤膜在谷氨酸发酵生产中除菌工序中的应用,内容主要包括谷氨酸发酵液经过超滤膜前后主要的物质变化;以及超滤膜再生的工艺等。经过实验,本文得出以下结论:谷氨酸发酵液经过超滤后,COD(化学好氧量)去除率可以达到49%,氨氮去除率可以达到17%;超滤膜在谷氨酸发酵液除菌工艺中清洗最佳工艺为:碱洗浓度为20g/L,氧化清洗浓度为烧碱20g/L+漂白水30g/L,酸洗浓度为15g/L。
Ultrafiltration membrane was used in the sterilization of glutamic acid fermentation process. Changes of substance in the fermented liquid and regeneration of ultrafiltration membrane were mainly studied in the application of ultrafiltration. Results from the experiments showed that the removal efficiency of COD attained 49%, the removal efficiency of NH3-N attained 17% after the filtration of the uhrafiltration membrane, and the optimum washing conditions of the ultrafiltration membrane were: 20 g/l alkali as alkali washing, 20 g/l of sodium hydroxide + 30g/l blanching solution as oxidation washing, and 15 g/l acid as acid washing.
