摘要
通过对工程管理专业毕业生就业状况的分析,根据用人单位的要求,结合学校实际,按照"厚基础、宽口径、重实践、强能力、突特色"的原则,提出了以市场需求为导向的工程管理人才培养模式。
Through analyzing the graduate employment situation of engineering management profession, and according to the requests of employer, it puts forward the talent cultural mode of engineering management profession of facing market request combined with the campus real situation and according to the principles of ‘thickness basis, width cross, mainly on practice, strong ability and give prominence to characters'.
