摘要
为降低能耗和污染,提高染料利用率,印染行业推出了冷轧堆染色、湿短蒸染色、小浴比染色和低温低盐染色等工艺技术。文中详细介绍了能适用于上述工艺的活性染料的分子结构特性,笔者认为可利用超分子化学的理论进行染料-染料、染料-助剂的复配增效,并推荐了一些染料产品。
In dyeing and finishing industry, the following dyeing processes were applied to promote energy saving and pollutant reduction, that is, cold pad-batch, shortened wet steaming, low liquor ratio, low temperature and low salt dyeing. The characeristics of molecular structure of reactive dyes suitable for these processes were introduced. Dyestuffs commercialization u- sing supramolecular chemistry principles were described in details. Several famous dyestuffs were also recommended.
