摘要
就电除尘器的节能潜力、控制方法进行了讨论,指出了二次扬尘和反电晕是造成电除尘器能耗过大的主要原因。提出了应该由目前的高电流的"大功率高能耗"单一火花跟踪控制模式转变为高电压低电流的节能控制模式,在提高除尘效率的同时降低电能消耗,同时给出了节能控制策略和系统结构框图。
The energy saving potential and control method of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) are discussed and the main cause of over energy expenditure what is back corona and re-entrainment is pointed out. Aim at this problem, it is proposed that the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) should translate single spark track control mode with high-power and high energy expenditure under the condition of big current presently into energy saving control mode with high-voltage and low-current for high dust efficiency and low energy consumption, the energy saving control of electrostatic precipitator and the block diagram of the system structure addition are given.
