关节镜下自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤的效果。方法12例股骨髁软骨损伤患者，术前Brittberg-peterson功能评定标准评定，膝关节功能45-98分，平均（67±7．36）分。在关节镜下采用自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤。结果术后随访10～12个月，平均11个月。术后11例为2分，1例3分。结论关节镜下自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤有确切的疗效。
