关节镜下自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤的效果。方法12例股骨髁软骨损伤患者,术前Brittberg-peterson功能评定标准评定,膝关节功能45-98分,平均(67±7.36)分。在关节镜下采用自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤。结果术后随访10~12个月,平均11个月。术后11例为2分,1例3分。结论关节镜下自体软骨镶嵌移植修复股骨髁软骨损伤有确切的疗效。
