摘要
[目的]观察真武汤加味治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。[方法]小儿秋季腹泻患儿分为2组,均给以抗病毒治疗,肠黏膜保护剂,静脉补液,纠水电解质平衡紊乱以及对症处理等综合治疗。观察组加用真武汤随症加减,日1剂,水煎2次取汁兑匀,分3～5次尽服,疗程3d。[结果]观察组总有效率为94.6%,对照组总有效率为77.0%。两组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性（P〈0.05）。[结论]真武汤加味治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效明显。
[Objective] To know the clinical cure effect of Zhenwu Decoction on children autumn diarrhea. [Method] Randomly divide the patients into 2 groups, treated with anti-virus medicine, intestinal mucosa protective preparation, vein injection, correction of disordered water-elactrolyte balance, corresponding treatment of symptoms and other comprehensive treatments; the observation group with added Zhenwu Decoction, one dose/d, 2 water decoctions, in 3-5 times, 3 days as a course. [Result] The total effective rate was 94. 6% for observation group, 77.0% for the control one; their comparison was of great difference（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Revised Zhenwu Decoction has marked cure effect on children autumn diarrhea.
