摘要
目的观察妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进的诊治。方法对我院36例妊娠期甲亢患者时行回顾性分析，根据甲亢控制及发痛特征将观察病例分为4组，比较各组之间抗甲状腺药物的用量、并发症等情况。结果妊娠合并甲亢孕期医惠双方共同重视、积极治疗可以明显减轻孕妇及胎儿的副反应，降低新生儿的病死率。结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进需早发现、早治疗。
