HPLC法测定四君颗粒中的甘草酸含量

摘要 [目的]用HPLC法测定四君粒颗中甘草酸的含量。[方法]HPLC用外标一点法,Kromasil ODS1 C18柱,甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,λ=250nm;[结果]甘草酸在0.1~1?g范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为Y=444185X-9336.9r=0.9992,平均加样回收率99.7%、RSD%为1.0%(n=6);[结论]方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为四君子粒颗中甘草的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法。 [Objective]To establish the method for detemining the content of Glycyrrhizinatic acid in Sijunzi Keli by HPLC. [Methotis]Using Kromasil ODS1 C18 Column, methyol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate-acetic acid glacial(67 : 33 : 1) as the mobile phase,detection wavelength as 250nm and flow rate was 1.0ml/min. [Results]The CaliBration Curve was linear at a range 0.1- 17 g for the Glycyrrhizinatic acid and linear equation was Y=444185X-9336.9 r=0. 9992. The average recovery was 99.7% and the related standard deviation(RSD) was 1.0% (n= 6). [Conclusion] This method was simple and accurate and proper, which could be provided for scientific quantitative analysis method of Radix et Rhizoma glycyrrhizae in Sijunzi Keli and the reduplication of the result was good.
