摘要
随着工业的发展、科技的进步,水的离子交换处理日益普及.为使失效的树脂再生,要消耗大量 NaCl,且有效的利用也很低;另外离子交换水处理中有大量食盐被白白浪费掉,并且造成新的环境污染.本文对含有大量 Ca^(++),Mg^(++)的 NaCl 溶液的循环利用进行了研究.提出了用净化烟道气和制碱废渣使废再生液中的 Ca^(++),Mg^(++)生成 Mg(OH)_2,CaCO_3沉淀等固体物质从溶液中分离出去,用做建筑材料,不产生二次污染,从而使废再生液循环利用.消除了水处理废液及制碱厂废液对环境的污染.
With the development of industry,the advance of science and technology and the increasing popularization of water cation exchange disposal,in order to make ineffective resin regenerate,a great deal of Nace is consumed,but its effective utilization ratio is very low.A large amount of NaCI is wasted in the ion—exchange water disposal and the pollution of the environment is crea- ted.Through the experiments,the circulating utilization method of NaCI solu- tion is studied,which contains plenty of Ca^(++),Mg^(++)and the proposal is put for- ward that solid substances,Mg(OH)_2↓CaCO_3↓ formed in regenerative liquid, be seperated from the liquid by purifying the smoke from the chimney and by removing the waste residue in soda making.These solid substances can be used as building—materials;at the same time they can't cause a second pollution. This not only avoids the waste water's polluting the environment but also prevents the pollution of the environment by the waste residue produced by these factories.
