叶绿体移动现象 被引量:1

摘要 叶绿体是植物细胞中最重要的光能转化细胞器,叶绿体在细胞中具有一定分布区域,当植物受外界环境刺激时叶绿体会发生位移,包括回避反应、聚集反应等运动方式。近年来,以模式植物拟南芥为材料,利用正向遗传学和反向遗传学等方法,发现一些重要基因编码的蛋白控制叶绿体移动行为。其中向光素蓝光受体PHOT1和PHOT2以及肌动蛋白结合蛋白CHUP1(chloroplast unusual positi—oning1)与叶绿体移动有密切关系。简要介绍目前对叶绿体移动机制的研究进展。
