摘要
中小企业已经成为了支撑我国国民经济发展的重要力量,但是中小企业的人才高流失率也成了企业领导人最为头疼的话题。如何解决这个问题,直接关系到中小企业竞争能力的提升和长期可持续发展。本文从加强职业生涯管理的角度探讨中小企业留人之道,即用职业生涯管理的方法来留住中小企业的优秀人才,为中小企业的持续发展提供坚固的保障。
The small and medium-sized enterprises have received much attention as they have become the main strength which has supported our national economy. They have been honored as the hiding champion of Chinese Economic Developmeent . But the lose of talents has become the manager's most headache topic. To solve this problem is especially important to the core competitive competecy of enterprises based on human capital and sustainable development. The essay puts forward the methods for retaining talents of small and medium-sized enterprises, which based on Career Management, namely retains talents with career management method, preserving enterprise's core competitive competency, provides the firm with the safeguard for the development of mid- and small-scale enterprises.
