摘要
水泥基材料中的游离氧化钙遇水不仅释放出大量的热,生成产物还导致体积膨胀,引起安定性不良,但f-CaO的这些性能是可以加以利用的。分析了水泥生产中f-CaO的两个主要的来源渠道,并介绍了f-CaO水化膨胀和水化活性规律。根据水泥基材料中f-CaO的不同成因,详细介绍了抑制和转化f-CaO膨胀的几大类措施——消解、改变f-CaO矿相、控制水化液相碱度、掺加硅质材料及机械力化学活化。
When meet with water, some reactions of the f-CaO in cement based material will happen and great deal of heat will be produced, and the outcome will result in volume expansion and bad soundness, even so these performance of f-CaO can be utilized. The author analysed the two main sources of f-CaO in cement production and introduced the hydration expansion and hydration activity law. According to different cause of f-CaO formation, introduced in detail several kinds of measure to restrain and transform the expansion of f-CaO slaking, change the mineral phase of f-CaO, control alkalinity of the hydration liquid, adding silicon materail and mechanical chemic activation.
