等离子喷涂纳米陶瓷涂层的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 等离子喷涂纳米陶瓷涂层是目前纳米涂层领域的研究热点之一。综述了国内外等离子喷涂纳米陶瓷涂层的研究现状,指出了目前用等离子喷涂技术制备纳米陶瓷涂层所面临的难题,展望了等离子喷涂技术在制备纳米陶瓷涂层方面的发展前景。 A review is given on the research progress in nanostructured ceramic coatings prepared by plasma spraying at home and abroad.It is pointed out that plasma sprayed nanostructured ceramic coatings are currently extensively focused on in the fields of new multifunctional materials.Moreover,the problems concerning the plasma-sprayed nanostructured ceramic coatings are highlighted,while suggestions are made about the prospects for the application of plasma spraying technique in the preparation of nanostructured ceramic coatings.
