摘要
利用摩擦电喷镀和纳米复合镀技术修复了飞机作动筒活塞杆,介绍了修复工艺流程,并将修复层性能同硬铬镀层进行了对比。结果表明,该工艺修复方法简单,性能稳定,修复效果同镀硬铬修复相当。
Friction & spray electroplating together with nano-composite coating technology were used to repair the piston rod of airplane actuating cylinder.The procedures for the repair technology were introduced,and the properties of the repaired coatings were compared to that of electroplated hard chromium coating.It was found that the technology could be conveniently used for the repairing of the piston rod of airplane actuating cylinder.The resulting repairing coating had good stability and its performance and function were comparable to that of electroplated hard Cr coating.
